Welcome to Bar None's Kennel. My name is Devin Jones, I have a small family kennel in Manvel Texas, just south of Houston. I sell all of my puppies directly to their new homes, I do not sell to brokers or pet stores. I am licensed and inspected by the state of Texas. ( License #217). Although I am not required to be, I am also licensed and inspected by USDA.(License #74-A-1102). My dogs are all AKC registered, and most are double registered with APRI.
I have been raising West Highland White Terriers(Westies) and Cairn Terriers(Little Toto's) since 1987. These two breeds are amazing little dogs with large personalities, small but sturdy and active but not hyper. They are excellent family pets, but require attention and exercise to be truly happy.
Since not every family is right for a terrier, I also raise a companion breed that almost anyone will love, and that does great in almost any household. The breed is Havanese. This breed is non shedding, making Havanese a hypo allergenic breed. Havanese is a loving lap dog breed that is great for families or older folks who just want a puppy to love.
Over the past 25 years my concentration on breeding has been on health and temperament. Although I have champion lines in many of my dogs, my concentration has been to produce a happy healthy family companion. After 25 years of breeding, I am proud to say that over 50% pf my puppies are sold to someone who already owns one of my dogs, or someone who knows someone who has one of my dogs.
